Job Description :

We have positions available at Zambarrano Hospital and Eleanor Slater Hospital

Duties: To Provide adaptive Therapy to patients, as a result of in-depth assessment: to
evaluate client: to develop treatment programs; to provide treatment and evaluate outcomes and maintain records.

Education: Graduate from a certified Occupation Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy
Certification board (AOTCB)

Special Requirements: must be lic. in the state of RI
Rate: $47/hr
